It starts with premium Glera grapes – the very same variety used in Italian sparkling wines. We carefully chill the grape must to preserve its natural flavor, while ensuring the ABV remains below 0.5%. It’s then blended with a touch of Moscato grape must for added structure, depth, and aroma. Finally, it’s filtered, chilled, and carbonated, resulting in our effervescent and refreshing Josh Sparkling Non-Alc.
Josh Non-Alcoholic Sparkling includes a small amount of alcohol, a natural occurrence during the steeping process, but falls under the accepted limit for non-alcoholic beverages, less than 0.5% ABV.
