Merlot Our Merlot is soft and inviting with well-balanced flavors of blueberry, raspberry, and milk chocolate. Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for two months in charred bourbon barrels creating a rustic and robust wine with notes of baked black fruits, caramel, and a subtle hint of bourbon.
