The wine has refreshing acidity and a touch of sweetness from the ripe fruit. It has aromas of pear, green apples and citrus and the light effervescence provides a vibrant and crisp taste.
The Prosecco is produced from grapes grown in the UNESCO-protected Conegliano and Valdobbiaden regions. We produce with minimal winemaking intervention and rely on the purity of fruit to create the perfect light body and the right effervescence.
Pairs beautifully with fish, vegetable hors d’oevres, seafood pasta or rice dishes, and light sponge cakes or mousses.
